Our copy editors will correct the formatting and style of your paper to meet the guidelines of the journal of your choice. If available, your paper will be edited according to the journal template. Copy editors will also check the consistency of units, and convert metric to imperial units or vice versa. Additionally, the use of British or American English will be standardized throughout the document according to the journal guidelines.
Our reference editor will check each reference/citation in your paper against literature databases to ensure the citation is correct and complete. References are corrected or completed where needed, and all references are formatted according to the guidelines of the journal of your choice.
Yes, after completion of the editing service, you can download a certificate for each document that was edited by Ediqo. Certificates can be used when submitting your manuscript to the journal of your choice.
The Ediqo Certificate Program allows the authenticity of your certificate to be verified online.
After placing your order with Ediqo, you will be able to download a formal invoice from your user account. After payment is received by Ediqo, you will also be able to download the payment receipt from your user account. In case you need a printed invoice or receipt with the signature and/or company stamp, please send an e-mail to support[at]ediqo.com, referencing your invoice number and full postal address.
While we help you to improve your paper to meet the publication standards of high-impact journals, we cannot guarantee acceptance of your paper in a journal. Acceptance of papers is subject to independent peer-review and the editorial decisions of the journal you submit to. However, Ediqo guarantees that your paper will not be rejected for language issues. In case your paper was rejected due to poor language, please get in touch with us, and we will re-edit your paper for free.
